Breathing Room will work with you to sort through the clutter, getting rid of the

Breathing Room will help you to sort through paperwork and give you a system
that makes it easy to retrieve needed information while eliminating unnecessary
paper clutter.  

A new service now available is 'Home Staging'.  Home Staging  involves taking a
look at your home from a buyer's perspective, finding those areas that need
improvement and suggesting cost effective solutions.

Breathing Room will give your home a fresh look and feel by removing clutter,
rearranging furnishings to the rooms best advantage,  and updating easily
changed items such as paint, light fixtures and faucets.  This service will allow
you to receive top dollar for your home as well as reduce selling time.

Price List
Free Initial Consult:   Meet with the prospective client to discuss problem areas
and possible solutions.

Hourly Rate:  For inventorying, sorting, clearing, re-arranging, labeling, filing,
shredding, installing shelving and shopping.            
$35.00/ hour (2 hour minimum)

Organizing Plan:  A detailed plan for each room on how best to design the
space for optimal usage.  Plan includes a scaled floor plan, approximate price list
for any needed shelving, storage boxes, or office supplies.
$70.00/room

Home Staging:  A detailed plan for each room on how to best show your home
for resale.  Plan includes a scaled floor plan, approximate price list for any
needed updates.
