Garage Design Criteria:
The Problem: This garage was overwhelmed with clutter. There was no order; toys, tools and lawn equipment were all mixed together.
The Fix:
The Problem: This bike wall mount hook got the bike up and out of the way, unfortunately, the bike owner was not able to retrieve the bike.
The Fix: With the new shelving installed all the items that previously had been on the garage floor could now be stored up on the shelving. The shelving was mounted at a height such that the bikes could be stored underneath, out of the way, and still easily accessible.
The Problem: This garage had to much clutter, like items were dispersed to the far reaches and bikes were once again inaccessible to there owners. In addition, the work bench was covered in storage items making it completely unusable.
The Fix: Co-locating the freezer and refrigerator closest the entry door along with shelving for storage of household items made these items easily accessible from the house. Adding additional shelving along the full length of the right side wall for sports equipment, camping equipment, and toys got these items off the garage floor. Adding more shelving along the left side wall for tools and chemicals gave this garage the organizational makeover it needed.
Items on floor in after picture are all for donation.
